Job Description

As a Recruitment Intern at AMARIS, you will have the responsibility of executing an accurate sourcing strategy for one of Amaris’ business lines. Your main tasks will be involved but not limited to the following

• Researching candidates profiles and projects
• Collecting and analyzing all relevant information about the position
• Scouting external databases for the perfect candidates for the positions and the business line
• Develop consistent search agents on external databases
• Publication and refreshing of job offers
• Completing candidate information’s and mapping their skills
• Develop a specialized network on social media
• Participation in the discovery and identification of new recruitment tools
• Propose ideas for continuous improvement of the recruitment process

*You will receive training and throughout your process of integration, individual support on all aspects of recruitment. Attractive bonus for each hiring is available.

Job Requirements

• Last year or third year students available for full-time internship in 6 months
• Ideally you are pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, English or other related majors
• Good command of English, both verbal & written communication
• Proficient in MS-Office Good research skill
• Teamwork spirit, and pioneering mind-set
