Job Description

  • Support team in all activities of recruitment process such as: post job on recruitment websites, contact candidates, welcome candidates, arrange Test & Interview, input candidate database, deliver Test/Interview result to candidates…
  • Support for recruitment events and company’s activities such as: Career day/Job fair at University, KMS Recruitment day, and other events related to recruitment and employer branding
  • Other administrative required by supervisor

Job Requirements

  • For fresh graduated or 3rd/4th year students in Human Resources, Economics, Business Administration or related major
  • Interest in HR, especially Recruitment
  • At least 6-month Full-time/Part-time Internship
  • Good communication skills in both English and Vietnamese
  • Full skill practices and applications of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, email
  • Customer-oriented, friendly, patient, proactive, organized and highly responsible


  • Be trained and developed skills regarding to Recruitment field
  • Work in professional working environment
  • Experience team and company activities
  • Competitive internship allowance
