Job Descriptions

  • Collect & analyze the need of all Depart. Managers
  • Writing & publishing different job vacancies and follow up on Job boards such as: Vietnamworks, LinkedIn…
  • Sourcing, hunting and developing a network of specialized candidates
  • Identification and qualification of potential candidates
  • Set up and administration of search agents
  • Pre-selection via phone calls and arrange interview schedule with managers.
  • Develop database of candidates to make sure all vacancy is ready to fulfill.

Job Requirements

  • University graduate.
  • 2-3 year of working experiences in recruiting IT staffs (developer…) and sales.
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Good at English and communication
  • Hard working, flexible, go beyond call of duty to keep high satisfaction levels
  • Passionate and able to manage situations which are complicated and bring out solutions.
