- Collect & analyze the need of all Depart. Managers
- Writing & publishing different job vacancies and follow up on Job boards such as: Vietnamworks, LinkedIn…
- Sourcing, hunting and developing a network of specialized candidates
- Identification and qualification of potential candidates
- Set up and administration of search agents
- Pre-selection via phone calls and arrange interview schedule with managers.
- Develop database of candidates to make sure all vacancy is ready to fulfill.
- University graduate.
- 2-3 year of working experiences in recruiting IT staffs (developer…) and sales.
- Ability to work under pressure
- Good at English and communication
- Hard working, flexible, go beyond call of duty to keep high satisfaction levels
- Passionate and able to manage situations which are complicated and bring out solutions.
