Job Descriptions

  • Lead, develop and execute recruitment plans according Recruitment Policy and approved internal process
  • Efficiently and effectively fill open positions: ensure required recruitment timeline and quality of recruitment (right job to right person)
  • Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need, using a variety of methods
  • Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting
  • Network through industry contacts, association memberships, and employees
  • Coordinate and implement university recruiting initiatives
  • Manage candidate’s database, offer letters, candidate’s job description
  • Help new staff with on-boarding: Job offer, on-boarding instructions, collection of required profiles from candidates
  • Ensure required weekly, monthly, annual recruitment reports: recruitment status, cost etc.
  • Manage & coach recruitment team members

Job Requirements

  • In order to succeed in the role, an ideal candidate would have:
  • At least 1+ year experience, preferably in recruitment
  • Competencies: Creative & positive thinking, attention-to-details, communication, interpersonal skills
  • Languages capability: Speaking and writing fluently in Vietnamese, intermediate level in English
  • Cultural awareness and sensitivity
  • Prudent yet result-oriented approach, with a proactivity attitude
  • High sense of integrity and high-level of attention to details
  • Ability to maintain the highly confidential nature of human resources
  • Experienced in mining candidate’s database
  • Love to be challenged and learn new knowledge
