Job Descriptions

  • Implement recruitment operations, which include (but are not limited to)
  • Carry out recruitment process, from the job posting, coordination of test/interview procedure, candidate sourcing… to effective employment for assigned open positions, towards both external and internal candidates;
  • Be responsible for following up and filling in vacancies as assigned; ensuring the quality of candidates’ selection to meet the company’s requirements;
  • Develop talent pool for various key positions for the identified needs above;
  • Identify the most efficient channels for each assigned recruitment position;
  • Manage applicant information in recruitment database in proper manner;
  • Produce recruitment reports, competitor surveys and other ad-hoc reports as requested;
  • Join in talent acquisition actions, as follows
  • Coordinate or join in indoors or outdoors recruitment events (job fairs, seminars…);
  • Initiate or join in initiatives for talent attraction as well as employer branding;
  • Identify effective channels, for sourcing talents in response to the company’s needs and challenges;
  • Be in charge of collaboration with headhunting agencies for specific needs;
  • Collaborate in the development of active hiring approaches using headhunting methods to enhance team efficiency on the matter;
  • Produce recruitment reports, competitor surveys and other ad-hoc reports as requested;
  • Actively proposing and implementing ideas or actions to improve process, and to meet targets both in terms of number and quality.
  • Perform ad-hoc tasks assigned by Recruitment Supervisor & HR Manager.

Job Requirements

  • Good knowledge of the full recruitment process;
  • Good knowledge of video game/IT industry, competitors and labor market is a plus;
  • Good command of various recruitment channels, social networks (LinkedIn, Facebook, and others) for recruitment and talent acquisition targets;
  • Good networking skills;
  • Strong recruiting skills (composing job description, sourcing and selecting candidates, hunting talents, convincing passive candidates, interviewing, negotiating offers…);
  • Good interpersonal skill easily establish good relationship with candidates and stakeholders;
  • Good communication and presentation, both in speaking and writing;
  • Good analytical skill;
  • Strong planning and organization skill;
  • Positive mindset, and good problem-solving skill;
  • Good teamwork skills, high level of verbal and written English skills;
  • Excellent command of using Windows, Word, Excel and Power Point;
  • Good sense of responsibility, result-orientation;
  • Leadership, self-motivation, autonomy;
  • Carefulness and accuracy.
