Job Description
- Make job descriptions
- Choose suitable recruitment channels and conduct job postings
- Analyze the performance of recruitment agencies, cost per hire, time to hire and recommend changes and improvements
- Report fully-screened qualified candidates to superiors in timely manner
- Search, screen, interview and recommend external and/or internal potential candidates for all job positions
- Record and update recruitment documents
- Manage interview results and provide feedback to candidates
- Set up and maintain database of qualified professionals for further promotion
- Conduct references and backgrounds check on selected candidates
- Negotiate job offers with candidates and prepare offer letter/ employment agreement for approval
- Liaise between newbie and HR Department, ensure required documents submission
- Report on Interview Result and Budget Utilization
- Weekly and monthly report on current recruitment situation
- Make proposal for recruitment advertising and HR Department
- Manage and record headhunter contracts
- Follow payment terms
- Support HR Manager by doing assigned tasks
- Line reporting: HR Manager
Job Requirements
- Work 5 days/ week at E-Mart Head Office
- Have bachelor degree in Business Administration, Law and related field
- Prefer candidates with knowledge in HR and employment laws
- Strong negotiation and cooperation skills
- Able to work under pressure
- Foreign language: good communication in English
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
