Job Description

Reporting Edition

  • Handle all the current cost reports:
    • FTE headcount, actual salary, CTC & cost per person
    • Admin, S&M reports
    • Project costs: MCR, DM2, QA reports
    • Studio fixed cost
    • Cash call review
    • Statistics report
    • Cellphone charge report
    • BI, Ecom and Customer Care report
    • Studio manager reports and Group studio manager report
    • RIM profit report
    • Ad hoc cost requests: actual & estimations

Reporting creation, improvement and controlling

  • Create/ edit new reports based on the needs
  • Ensure the accuracy and availability of based data (PMT data, accounting’s data) before cost reports are made
  • Reporting automation finding as well as double-work reduction spot & method
  • Tracking & reviewing method on data accuracy and time saving
  • Reporting client satisfaction evaluation


  • Create/ update checklists & editing steps for all handled reports
  • Other tasks assigned by line manager when needed

Job Requirements

  • Background of finance/ accounting is preferred
  • Excellent excel skill
  • At least 1 year reporting experience
  • Coordination skill
  • Proficiency in English
  • Proactive
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Well-organized and detail-oriented
  • Good sense of responsibility and good teamwork
  • Ability to meet deadlines/ deliver things in a timely and accurate manner
  • Ability to work in a fast changing environment.
