Job Description

1. Business

  • Assist SPI team in & operational works to ensure daily workload being managed efficiently
  • Update Research system & generate reports related to market/brand performance as per request
  • Manage & follow up research contracts, procurement process (SRM), Brand Support Expenditure
  • Coordinate with Brand & Trade teams for activity update
  • Liaise with research agencies and external suppliers to ensure all tasks are delivered as per schedule

 2. People

  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, agency and external suppliers in order to deliver all assigned tasks
  • Build good relationship with other functions: Brand/Trade, IP, Marketing Finance, Legal in order to ensure smooth operation

Job Requirements

  • A business graduate (preferred)
  • Good skill of Microsoft Office, esp. Excel, Power Point
  • Communication skills
  • Ability to work both independently and as a team member
  • Can-do attitude & supportiveness
  • Experience: 1-2 years in research agencies
