Job Descriptions

  • Execute standard operating procedures in the delivery of quality products and service to customers
  • Manage the implementation of quality management system to drive FSC excellence
  • Support and monitor store’s performance and motivating them to reach the agreed target
  • Ensure full delivery of area plan: the forecast sale target and expenditures for the stores aligned with the plan.
  • Coordinate and follow up with store to maintain and increase standards of customer service of stores
  • Provide input to LSM and Store Manager on local programs to maximize the impact of Local Store Marketing
  • Develop and strengthen the store talent pool throughout training and coaching

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree; Restaurant Management/Hospitality Management graduates will take more advantage
  • 5 years experience in management of store operations
  • Relevant experience as management level in a Restaurant/Fast food outlet/Food court/Hospitality Industry will be referable
  • Strong organizational and management skills, able to manage work and team members
  • Experience with budgets, P&L statements and forecasting is a major plus
  • Strong skill in driving for results-driven
  • Customer- oriented and passionate about delivering quality customer service
  • English communication
