Daily sales order follow-up

  • Daily sales order follow-up from salesman until finishing delivery
  • Co-ordinator between Acct & salesman for AR issue
  • Co-ordinator between Log & salesman for printing invoice & delivery issue
  • Contact dealers for AR follow-up
  • Make SO on SAP

Kick back (KB) rebate settlement

  • Monthly model-wise sell-out incentive settlement (support from MKTG)
  • Quarterly Kick Back(KB), yearly KB settlement
  • Monthly sell-out KB settlement
  • Stock compensation

Support saleman weekly sell-out & stock report process

  • Key in dealer weekly sell-out report by models
  • Point out un-logical data for salesman to check with dealers
  • Extract the B-stock, sell-in, sell-out, E-stock by dealers for salesman to confirm data with dealers

Sales report

  • Daily actual sales report
  • Monthly actual sales report
  • Seihan data consolidation
  • Monthly Seihan sell-in target consolidation by dealers
  • Daily sell-out upload in Tableau (TGDD, VTA, FPT)
  • Weekly sell-out upload in Tableau (all dealers)

Job Requirements

  • University graduated
  • Major: Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Finance
  • Priority of experience in sales admin Electronics products preferable , FMCG
  • Knowledge in sales, marketing and retails
  • Sales report
  • Effective communication, accuracy in data report, hard working
  • English: intermediate level
  • Computer skill: proficient in Microsoft office (Excel, Word, Power Point)
  • Insurance (follow Vietnam law: health, social and unemployment insurance)
  • Others follow company’s policy
  • Lunch allowance
  • Commmuting allowance
