Supporting Partnership Sales Department in document and administrative tasks.
Prepare, update and maintain records of sales operation data in management system.
Follow up the sales plan monthly.
Update & submit sales reports as requested.
Assist the operations of Partnership Sales Department in attending daily sales enquiries from agent coordinators, making the services sales contract and cordinating with CS in following up with customers’ requests/complaints and payment status before and after signing SPC.
Prepare sales kits, tools for sales forces.
Other duties as assigned.
