Job Description

  • PLAN
    • Receiving proposal from MKT team.
    • Receiving program allocation for each area from GBMs
    • Build up a follow up template to key in SAP & DMS for a program
  • CLAIM
    • After finishing the program, receiving all necessary documents from Distributors to process the claim
  • REPORTING
    • To do all required sales report by day, week, and month for Sales Force and Marketing
  • OTHERS
    • Record & file all necessary documents under work scope as per Audit requirements

EDUCATION BACKGROUND

  • Graduated from Colleague
  • Good Office Computer skills

SKILLS and OTHERS

  • Good planning & organizational skills
  • Good communication skills in Vietnamese
  • Basic English skills
  • Hard working and patient
