Sales / Business Development Managers influence our customer’s decisions in critical business areas by using conceptual selling techniques and data-based presentations. This involves developing product ranging, shelving, pricing and promotion strategies, based on research that gives us insight into what drives shopper purchase behavior. Sales Managers design business plans which will deliver sales and market share objectives and help customers to develop programs which will build the business for them and for us.

Your Job Responsibilities will include but not limit to below

  • Leads selling & business development in brand/category program, trade projects to the customer.
  • Leads flawless execution of holistic merchandising & trade marketing plans for assigned categories/territories.
  • Develop and enhance long term partnership with distributors or national key accounts. – Building selling and training capability for sellers and distributor teams.

Job Requirements

You would be a potential Sales / Business Development Manager at P&G if you love to help our P&G products available across the country, to touch & improve more lives in Vietnam. Either fresh graduates or experienced Key Account managers are eligible to apply, provided that you possess good English & Vietnamese communication skill, strong leadership and a passion for winning.
