Job Descriptions

  • To support Sales Team in administration works to make sure that Sales activities go smoothly
  • Assisting sales teams in preparing outlet promotion letters to reduce the paperwork for them
    Raising OSR (Outlet Sponsorship Requisition) for sales team to help them to raise contract after getting approval from sales managers
  • Recording signage & gratis beer issue to support SEA to make LME Report
  • Updating G6 for data reporting for making SPs salary
  • Collecting data to support SO-A to make report on LME
  • Checking and requesting cartridge for photocopier, fax, and paper used within Sales Section to ensure office services’re in good condition
  • To do payment for Office supplies for settling all debts in advance.

Job Requirements

  • University graduate in Business Administration/ Economics/Foreign Trade
  • At least 2-year working experiences in Sales Admin
  • Good communication/interpersonal skills
  • Good customer service skills
  • Focus to details, neat and tidy
  • Conversant with spoken and written English
  • PC literacy (Word, Excel, Power Point etc.)
