- Follow up daily sales data upload from Distributors for sales efficiency including secondary sales by Brands, by Channels, distributors’ stock on hand, shipment plan, sales calls and quality of the calls.
- Follow up daily sales data upload from Distributors for sales promotion efficiency vs Objectives, informing Trade Marketing team.
- Data analysis to point Business’ strengths and weakness. Work with Sales Improvement team for operation efficiency.
- Manage team to provide administrative assistance to Sales Management team and whole Business including investment for each Distributors and ROI vs Target.
- Responsible for communication to Distributors and sales forces in terms of policies, trade programs, best practices, etc. including receiving and solving all complaints from NDPs and sales forces.
- Design source of data for data analysis.
- Helpdesk and monitoring to ensure the DMS system run smoothly & effectively.
