Job Descriptions

  • Main roles: to ensure the passenger target turnover; complete the annual business plan
  • Manage and develop the distribution channels according to the target has set Assistance to CCO
  • Build business strategies: analyse and evaluate of the market/competition/performance, propose the implementation of business strategies in the short/medium term/long term
  • Implement and supervise the implementation of the plans, solutions for plan implementation; necessary adjustment in line with the current market
  • To build the strategies to develop distribution channels
  • To coordinate with other departments to develop the flight route network
  • To coordinate with Jetstar Group in Pricing, Revenue management, Ancillary revenue.
  • To extend and develop the potential customer base
  • To build and develop the new/additional /support service products
  • Coordinate with partners to build the package /combine product (Hotel + Air ticket free and easy)
  • To issue commercial policy, including product- service, prices, promotions, plan to promote/support sales channels to aim at target customers (incentive, commission…)
  • Management a small team of sales (less than 10)

Job Requirements

  • Internal: CCO, CEO, Head of departments
  • External: Jetstar Group, Vietnam Airlines, Partners, Tourist Companies
  • Male- not exceed 40 years old
  • Good vision and business mindset
  • Management skills, Planning and risk control
  • Able to analyse data
  • Knowledgeable about the Aviation market
  • Solid analytical, numerical and problem solving skills
  • University / MBA graduated Degree in economic
  • Microsoft office (Excel, Word , Power point)
  • Have experience in commercial aviation ( 5 years)
  • Negotiation skills
  • Fluent in English (listening; reading; writing; reading)
