Job Requirements

1. Following & Developing Key outlets

  • To build relationship with Horeca outlets in Hanoi city.
  • To grow market share within their assigned area through developing close working relationships with outlets (HORECA).
  • To build up flagship outlets & ensure excellent serving standard for consumes.
  • Ensure standards of EOE are executed/ maintained at outlets by guidelines.
  • Plan & execute consumer programs to increase sales volume for HHN’s portfolio.

2. Overseeing PGs

Oversee performance of PGs for quality/ performance development.

3. Preparing sales report

  • To prepare and analyze reports on sales performance & ROI by outlet.
  • To prepare Competitor report to ASM.

Job Requirements

  • University graduate. Economics/ Business Administration/ Marketing.
  • At least 2 years’ experience in similar position is a high priority. Candidates in Beer and Beverage preferred.
  • Work management skills.
  • Excellent market understanding. Able to build and maintain relationship with good business acumen.
  • Good at English.
  • Good communication and negotiation skills.
  • Responsible and active.
  • Problem solving skills.
  • Result orientation.
