  • This role in meant for individuals with initiative and positive attitude to rise to the challenge of any ambitious targets set. They will lead a team to develop Vietnam’s sophisticated drinkers. We are not talking about your standard and boring grandad’s drink. We are talking about Craft Spirits and New World Wines, that are taking over mixology bars, restaurants, and speak-easy lounges around the world.
  • You will be leading the way to a new drinking culture that fits todays Modern, Hip, and Hustling society. You will know how to have fun and win at the same time.
  • Reporting to the Country Manager, our sales manager will be a passionate individual with a hunger to learn and eager to share. You will work closely to grow the business in Ho Chi Minh City, Hanoi, and Central Vietnam.

Our DNA is steeped with those who act like owners, are extremely proactive, and love a good hustle. They enjoy working with people, growing the business, and generally kicking-ass. The ideal person who will be successful are those who possess

  • Ability to develop great relationships
  • Can connect with owners & managers of Bars, Clubs, Restaurants, and Hotels
  • Can strategically guide their team to winning

Your Primary Objective

  • Grow the Craft Spirits & New World Wine business in Vietnam

Your Responsibility

  • Managing sales representatives
  • Staying on trend of global spirits consumption
  • Winning new business
  • Building lasting relationships
  • Developing & executing Sales & Marketing Strategies

Job Requirements

  • Brilliant Persuasive Sales Skills – Needs to be able to achieve high strike rate, it only takes one call
  • Team Management – Drive sales reps to success
  • Amazing Execution – Understands how you can win the hearts of you clients above and beyond just your products
  • Know your territory
  • Experience in sales is desirable, but passion for a career in sales is a must
  • To have great relationship building skills so as to easily build a rapport with customers
  • Very organised, analytical and problem solving person
