  • Medical Departures Inc. is the world leader in finding and booking a global doctors with 4500+ dentists in 29 different countries.
  • As Medical Departure’s sales manager you are responsible for finding and signing contracts with new dental & medical clinics in Vietnam.  You job is to sell Vietnamese dental clinics on the value of partnering with Medical Departures Inc..
  • Support Medical Departure’s goal to sign the largest number of high quality doctors, dentists & clinics in Vietnam.
  • Prospect for medical & dental providers in Vietnam via phone, e-mail and on-site clinic meetings.
  • Negotiate contract terms with Vietnamese dental providers.
  • Work to have medical contracts signed quickly and efficiently.
  • Aggressively pursue the gathering of medical provider content (photos, prices, reviews).
  • Weekly tracking and monitoring of sales funnel, conversions, and projections.
  • Organize and coordinate sales presentations to liaise with prospect dentists.
  • Hit aggressive clinic sign-up targets for the Vietnamese dental & medical markets.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly status reports to measure and communicate the status of your performance.
  • Act as a liaison with Vietnam partner clinics, doctors & dentists
  • Post notable Vietnamese dental providers updates to Medical Departures Inc. FaceBook, Google+ and Twitter pages.

Job Requirements

  • Prior sales experience
  • Vietnamese resident
  • Fluent Vietnamese language skills:  written & spoken
  • Good English language skills:  written & spoken
  • Excellent phone skills
  • Impeccable written communication skills
  • 60+ WPM typing ability
  • Experience tracking/maintaining a sales funnel & use or CRM/CMS systems
  • High level of technical savvy and ability to learn new programs/systems
  • Ability to work responsibly and productively from a remote home-office environment
  • Night and weekend availability
  • Willingness to travel up to 30% of the time within Vietnam
  • Drivers license
  • Technical familiarity and knowledge of dental procedures & terminology (nice to have)
  • Pro-active, sense of responsibility, friendly and can work independently
  • Quick and resourceful, flexible, accurate, strong analytical skills and an eye for detail
  • Great face-to-face and telephone communication skills
  • Team player, motivated and enjoys to work in e-travel and hospitality
