Job Description

  • Coordinate/follow-up & summarize:
    • Monthly Traveling Itineraries of SEs, TM Staffs, SMs & TMM;
    • Regular Department Reports (Sales/TM/Mktg) in coordination with other departments;
    • Other reports needed by GD/SD/MM that maybe required from time to time;
  • Maintain filing & recording system of all reports from Sales, TM, Mktg. Departments;
    Responsible in the preparation of communication materials such as letters, etc. to external clients.
  • Responsible for in initiating key dealer information system and updating the same whenever necessary. The Key Dealer Information System will be a data base of information which will be used as a tool in building dealer relationships further
  • Serves as the key contact of SE’s-on-field in following up needed requirements and/or request to other departments;
  • Assist Product Team in any that may be required from time to time.
  • Direct customer contact by providing telephone support
  • Report preparation
  • Sales incentive preparation
  • Support in Dealers’ events

Job Requirements

  • Customer relationship management
  • Proficient in MS Office – Excel, Word, Powerpoint
  • Above average analytical skills – particularly in interpreting numerical data;
  • Conversant in English & Vietnamese

Position Requirements

  • Qualifications and Experience:
    • Completion of college degree preferably in Business Administration
    • At least 3 years in the similar position in  FMCG companies
  •  Required languages:
    • Native Vietnamese
    • English
