- Sales and Marketing— Sell brand new O2O business service to companies in Vietnam. Thesales type will be mainly B2B.
- Responsible for increasing revenue by achieving sales objectives which will include acquiring new accounts and enhancing the usage of service.
- Develop understanding of the market situation and put out sales strategy for the business to achieve the goal.
- Provide product demonstration,recommendations, samples, technical support, pricing and service information on demand.
- Creatively develop and build new features for the service.
- Communicate frequently with clients as required to develop a good working relationship that maximizes the opportunity to extend services provided.
- Report and deliver solutions to clients by identifying the trends of the service and market.
- Provide exceptional customer experience for business partners and prospects to develop long-term business opportunities.
- Work with internal team (design / technical) and suppliers to ensure service quality.
- Navigate complex problems and structures to determine the best solutions for customer needs.
- Engage actively within team by reporting regularly and attending meetings for customer development.
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred. Advanced language skills (spoken and written) in both Vietnamese and English (must have)
- Good communication skill; love to talk and learn from people
- Well mannered and possible to present good first impression
- Negotiation, presentation skill which will be needed in sales activity
