Job Description

  • Manage the assigned brand(s) & all related activities
  • Field-work activity (or biz trip) accounts for 50% vs whole month
  • Monthly sales’s strategy operating (plan & execution)
  • Analyst, propose strategies to develop brand(s) or acitvities
  • Communication with sales team all Branches to execution
  • Follow up action & get feedback
  • Effective analysis & share to salesforce
  • Follow up sales data, report to Manager as request- Monitor and take actions to improve salesforce activity
  • Assist Managers in providing timely analysis and projections related to sales channels

Job Requirement

  • 03 Male/Female, range age of 22 to 28
  • Graduated from university, major Economics, Business administration, Foreign trade…
  • Experience in Sales and Planning (TT channel) within the FMCGs is desirable- Good communication skills &
  • Team work
  • Ability to develop and implement strategic and tactical business plans- Ability to be hands on and drive the job with direct responsibility- Flexible in solving problems and adapt well with changes
  • Ability to work with high pressure* Prefer candidate could start to work immediately


  • Salary : Negotiation
