Job Descriptions

  • Sales Managers influence our customer’s decisions in critical business areas by using conceptual selling techniques and data-based presentations. This involves developing product ranging, shelving, pricing and promotion strategies, based on research that gives us insight into what drives shopper purchase behavior
  • Sales Managers design business plans which will deliver sales and market share objectives and help customers to develop programs which will build the business for them and for us
  • Sells in brand/category program, trade projects to the customer
  • Leads execution of holistic merchandising plans for assigned categories/territories
  • Develop and enhance productive relationship with the customer particularly in the commercial department
  • Training distributor people
  • Manages promotional budget assigned to them
  • Cover stores

Job Requirements

  • Willing to relocate is a must
  • FRESH Bachelors at any backgrounds but should have less than 3 years’ experience
