  • This job is to represent for Piaggio Vietnam in assigned area by managing dealer following company’s goals and promoting marketing activities to maximize sales volume and market penetration of Piaggio/ Vespa scooter brand. Furthermore, this job solves all issues relating to market and customers’ feedback arising within sales segment. Finally, this job co-ordinate with cross-functional departments to create an effective system in order to direct – communicate – support dealers fulfilling company target.
  • The contribution to overall business of company includes of managing dealers fulfill sales target; ensuring payment as requirement; plan/ implement/ monitor/ access marketing activities for each market; ensure corporation identity in assign area; provide market’s feedback; plan/ communicate/ monitor dealer development plan; support cross-functional departments implement their work effectively relating to assigned area
  • Manage sell-in, sell-out of the dealer and support dealer to increase sale volumes,
    Plan/ monitor/ support trade marketing in sales and marketing program lined out by Piaggio Vietnam,POS managing,
  • Receive feed backs from Dealers and customers to report to Management to find the way to improve sales result and solve problem (if any),
    Compose periodical sales report of the dealers, Market intelligence: Serve as an excellent source of information for current trends in market,
  • Others required by Superiors.

Job Requirements

  • Strong verbal and written communication (in both English & Vietnamese) skills are required
  • Strong computer literacy ( Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SAP)
  • Strong presentation skills are required
  • Ability to work autonomous and in an unstructured environment
  • Ability to make decisions within areas of responsibility
  • Strong follow-up skills
  • Initiative and integrity combined with a high level of consultancy skills and strong work ethic
  • Motivation and leadership qualities
  • Presentable personality (well groomed)
  • Good knowledge about motorcycle and automobile field and/or general business.
  • More than 02 year experience in motorcycle manufacturing
  • 6 year experience in motorcycle and automobile of area sales manager
  • BA degree or higher in Business Management, Economics, Trading…
