- Work with distributors’ sales reps to call on dealers to convert competitive brand products
- Split down the monthly sales & coverage target to daily & weekly sales target for distributors’ sales reps to meet.
- Supervising daily sales job of distributors’ sales reps and pushing them to reach sales & coverage target.
- Provide sales coach for distributors’ sales reps: product knowledge, sales skill, customers mgmt.
- Understanding market challenges, guiding sales team to overcome rejection and demonstrating winning mindset
- Visit dealers daily to explore business opportunity.
- Achieve Sales & Distribution Coverage target.
- Distributor’ business compliances.
- Control & pushing distributors to ensure 2 months stock
- Secure required qty of dedicated sales reps and resources of distributors for 3M business
- Territory management.
- Distributors’ business situation.
- Customer services.
- Pushing distributor for on time payment.
- Building good relation with dealers to control market.
- Supervise activities/movements of competitors.

- Facilitate trade promotion activities

- Report of distributors’ and sales team performance
- Experience in this role for at least 5 years
- Experience in building, managing distributors and sales team is a must
- University degree, Marketing or trade background preferred
- Team work, proactive and winning mindset
- Good selling and presentation skill
- English speaking is preferred
