- Brainstorming with the team to break down Digital Strategy and Execution Plan, which could be independent Digital Project or a part of Integrated Campaign.
- Drafting, Budgeting and crafting Scopes of Work, Schedules, Cost Estimates and Project/Engagement Documentation
- Meeting with client to get Client’s brief, debriefing, making proposal and presenting proposal to client.
- Working closely with clients in execution phase to ensure project’s timeline and checklist, crack client’s requirement to provide solution and solid consultancy.
- Working closely with third parties, vendors to ensure project’s performance and timeline (Media Agency, Production agency, Freelance…)
- Working closely with other teams in the company to make to progress go smoothly
- Additional tasks given by line manager
- Must be able to speak English and Vietnamese fluently
- 1 – 2 years working in Digital Agency as an Account Executive, Social Media Executive, Digital Media Executive or relevant positions and want to improve your skill in these fields.
- Must be highly detail-oriented and experienced in running to a project schedule.
- Should have basic knowledge about Digital Platforms and Tools, specific skills in Performance/Social/PR is a plus
- Good client service skills
- Good presentation and proposal development skills
- Ability to move from analysis to concept and persuasively introduce new ideas
- Understanding of deadlines, budget management and deliverables
- Basic understanding of digital disciplines (creative, technology, user experience, strategy.)
- Flexible thinking and open minded
- Good at both of working in team and individually.
