- Buyer – booking – planning for advertising on network. (ad network, social network: facebook, youtube, Instagram,…)
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns
- Knowledge about Google Analytics, Comscore or other tools to support jobs
- Receive user feedback and generate ideas to increase user engagement.
- Explore new ways to engage and identify new social networks to reach our target buyers.
Skills and Specifications:
- Proven working experience in digital marketing.
- Good communication skills in both Vietnamese and English.
- Good presentation skills.
- Good project management skills.
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate.
- Ability to analyze and demonstrate ideas analytically.
- Good knowledge of analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments.
- Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels.
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
- Ability to write and proof read skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Software. (e.g, Excel, Google Sheets)
- Leadership skill for manager level
Education and Qualifications:
- Bachelor (or higher) degree.
- Advantage for majoring in marketing or business.
- 2 years of experience in equivalent position
- Have experiences working in Marketing / Agency
