Job Description

  • Be the contact point to deliver accurate and comprehensive information to customers about the University. Ensure all advice and information given to customers in relation to RMIT programs, entry requirements, admissions and selection processes is up-to-date, clear, accurate and transparent and timely
  • In charge of the full process from first enquiry to the point of enrolment and ensure for a high level of service across all the touch points with customers
  • Understand the required key performance indicators across the recruitment process and work toward achievements those KPIs, including but not limited to number of calls, enquiries, applications, placement tests, and enrolments
  • Follow the guidelines on usage of the CRM and its entire functions and execute the communications plan for prospective students. Follow the guidelines of the data entry processes into the CRM to ensure accuracy of all information obtained through recruitment events and related activities. Ensure the information are captured into CRM on a timely basis and report the accuracy and effectiveness of those events and activities
  • Be a key person for designated IELTS recruitment programs on a national level, develop a customized national plan for each program, work with internal stakeholders to communicate the plan for feedback, execute the plan and ensure meeting recruitment KPIs for those areas
  • Performed the role of program advisor across all student recruitment activities and promotional events that showcase the University, its programs and strengthen the RMIT global brand on a national level
  • Maintain abreast of competitors and their product offerings ensure understanding of points of differentiation and ensure those are communicated effectively to the customers
  • Provide timely and effective reports to Program Advisor – Team leader and relevant stakeholders in relation to individual’s sales targets, enrolment numbers, placement testing, English entry levels, inquiry volumes, variances, challenges and trends whenever required
  • Perform the role of presenter and MC across all student recruitment activities and promotional events that showcase the University, its programs and strengthen the RMIT global brand on a national level
  • Work closely with relevant stakeholders within the department and the academic program to come up with an annual national recruitment plan for IELTS programs. Implement the program and report on the effectiveness
  • Under guidance of Student Recruitment Manager, implement a communication and events plan to deliver accurate and comprehensive information to customers about the IELTS programs and their offers on a national level
  • Provide timely and effective national reports in relation to IELTS program’s sales targets, enrolment numbers, placement testing, English entry levels, inquiry volumes, variances, challenges and trends. Monitor the reporting processes to ensure reports are produced, checked and communicated timely to relevant stakeholders
  • Perform any other duties that may be required

Job Requirement

  • Demonstrated high level communication skills, written and spoken (English and Vietnamese)
  • Well-developed and demonstrable interpersonal skills, including negotiation, liaison, and cross cultural communication specifically in relation to customer relationship and sales functions
  • Demonstrated experience working in customer service and/or sales roles
  • Sound knowledge and experience in using computer software such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team environment
  • Demonstrated awareness of current issues and best practice in relation to customer service
  • Well-developed planning, organizational and problem solving skills with the ability to supervise, coordinate and/or implement tasks in a timely fashion
  • Attention to detail and accuracy when managing and communicating information and when entering data
  • Demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement
  • Experience using database systems
  • Experience in developing and implementing administrative systems would be a distinct advantage.

    Qualifications

Mandatory

Bachelors degree in a relevant discipline

Preferred

University study undertaken at an international university, or in a university where English was the language of instruction

English

If English is not your first language, then evidence of a General IELTS Band Score of 6.5 (or equivalent) during the last two years should be provided
