Job Descriptions

As a senior recruitment specialist, You will, together with a team of dedicated professionals, be responsible for helping Company achieve hiring goals with specific duties:

  • Participate and implement recruitment plans based on demands of Company.
  • Take part in many various activities to broadcast brand name of Company for attracting talents.
  • Find database of qualified candidates according to relevant job requirement.
  • Review, select qualified applicants and organize online test, interview.
  • Contact candidates to inform them of consideration, selection and update in resource pool.
  • Discuss, negotiate with candidates about offers and process employment.
  • Implement orientation training for new employees.
  • Be in charge some other tasks of human resource department.

Job Requirements

  • Graduates/post graduates majoring in HR, Marketing, IT or other related fields.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in recruitment and marketing & branding related position, especially in IT industry is a plus.
  • Experienced in many various social recruitment channels such as Linkedin, Facebook and so on.
  • Good at Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Graphic design experiences is highly preferred.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Male is a plus.
  • Solid set of consultative, communication, interpersonal and networking skills.
  • Strong organization, collaborative and planning skills.
