Job Descriptions


  • Prepare data for market surveys and annual Total Reward Review
  • Prepare data for salary planning & LTIP re-valuation
  • Prepare communication pack for annual pay review/AIB
  • Provide inputs to the development of reward policy through analysis of internal data, market practices; make proposal for new/revised policies
  • Conduct regular policy review to ensure all policies are in line with internal & external regulations

HR Budgeting

  • Coordinate with other teams in HR in HR & personnel budget planning
  • Keep track of budget spending vs. planning
  • Prepare monthly personnel expense report

Risk Coordinator

  • Ensure all risk reports/ Turnbull reports submitted on time
  • Follow up on action items to close audit/risk findings

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree, with major in Business Administration, Human Resources, Finance
  • Good analytical and communication skill.
  • Have experience in Reward, Human Resouce is an advantage.
  • A strong ability to apply logical and critical thinking to resolve problems
  • Be able to work under high pressure & tight deadline
  • Be able to view problems at a comprehensive level
  • Be prudent and good at detailed
  • Keen to learn and develop yourself into new areas of knowledge and responsibilities, keen to add value the company and business partners
