Job Description

  • Provide timely post sales service support to customer follow by Fuji Xerox standards
  • Ensure product performance and service cost are followed by company target set instruction
  • Provide post sales service activities (installation, maintenance, repair…).
  • Improve service skill and knowledge in terms of technology and product changes followed by CSM’s requirement
  • Information record and report to team CSM in a timely manner
  • Maintain service tool, van kit, technical documentation in top good condition
  • Ensure customer satisfaction are achieved within his own Machine in Field (MIF) territory
  • Other task assigned by Manager North / South Field Operations

Job Requirements

  • College degree of Technical University, Electrical or Electronic industry, Engineer of Automatics/Mechatronics
  • Experience in copier/ printer / printing industry is an advantage
  • Logic thinking, responsibility & honesty
  • English proficiency (both writing and speaking skills)
  • Competent in computer and some common office application software, presentation skill
  • Organized, accuracy, reliable
  • Ability to work under pressure, hard working
  • Independent & team-work attitude
  • Interested in customer care, willing to travel
  • Interested in customer service
