Job Descriptions

  • Be part of the Regional Supplier onboarding team for Asia region and coordinate end to end supplier on-boarding activities for global and pan-region deals and be the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for the suppliers
  • Coordinate with the country/ regional Sales, Relationship Managers, Product, Implementation, Operations and Service teams to ensure agreed turnaround timelines are met and pipeline of suppliers are followed up and tracked to closure
  • Drive standardization of supplier documentation e.g. move to global “communized” supplier agreement, set-up packages, and marketing collateral (be cognizant of country-specific requirements in addition to Global and local product program requirements)
  • Coordinate exception approval processes around specific transactions
  • Prepare periodic reports and status updates on progress of onboarding activities by country, track utilization and monitor pipeline and conversion rate
  • Ensure once onboarding is complete, the Service and System Support teams are introduced for managing day-to-day relationships smoothly

Job Requirements

  • Financial services background preferred
  • Previous sales or customer service/customer-facing role
  • Understanding of the supply chain side for corporate clients, knowledge of working capital cycle and procurement team’s role in driving negotiations around commercial terms to bring in efficiency
  • English & Vietnamese fluency (written and spoken), Mandarin a benefit
  • Bachelors degree in finance or related discipline
  • Strong influence skills
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
