Job Description

Mission: Coordinate with related departments and 3PLs to secure the Supply Chain operation.

Activities:

  • Daily process
    • Implement Supply Chain operation following standard operation procedure
    • Updating supplier, booking, receiving, delivering, checking
    • Coordinate with 3PL to execute effective and efficient transportation plan
    • Record temperature data and timing from stores or 3PL
    • Analyze the temperature data to make temperature report
    • Send penalty rate to 3PL and confirm with them the total amount for penalty of every month
  • Report
    • Calculate the transportation cost monthly
    • Check draft bill and confirm transportation cost
    • Check claim and penalty
    • Update the monthly bill report and monthly volume report
    • Other activities according to job requirements and assigned by superior

Job Requirements

  • Knowledges:
    • Related experience or knowledge in Supply Chain Management or general business administration
  • Skills:
    • Able to communicate in both written and verbal English
    • Basic computer skills in Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook
    • Ability to work well under high pressure
    • Must be well organized and a problem solver
    • Able to work independently as well as being a team player
    • Strong analytical skills
  • Education  : Bachelor degree
  • Experience :  1 year in logistics field
  • Attitude: Responsibility, honestly
  • Language: English
  • Computers skills : Official computer.
