We at Zalo group, VNG are looking for a technical savvy Talent Acquisition Professional to own the end to end process of finding and bringing in new IT talents.
- Facilitate all aspects of the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening candidates, conducting interviews, and managing the remainder of the hiring process.
- Develop and implement strategies to source and attract top IT talent.
- Proactively partner with technical teams to understand their hiring needs and ensure relevant recruitment experience.
- Develop and maintain a diverse pipeline of high-quality technical candidates for current and future needs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates, provide them with accurate and inspiring information about career opportunities at Zalo group, VNG.
- Contribute to the development of talent acquisition strategies. Leading the execution of talent acquisition projects, e.g. hackathons, recruitment events, and other initiatives.
- Bachelor’s Degree required.
- 1-2 years of experience in IT recruitment.
- Broad knowledge of IT products and services. Having an educational background in IT is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong sourcing skills to develop and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates.
