Job Description

  • Functional Objective: The Talent Recruitment Officer is responsible for delivering recruiting success throughout all Companies in the Group.
  • Report to: Assistant Manager, Talent Recruitment
    • 65% Interview
      • Efficiently and effectively fill open positions.
      • Advertise and solicit resumes from qualified candidates.
      • Conduct initial and/ or culture screening interviews, both telephone and personal.
      • Make hiring recommendations based upon the eligibility criteria provided.
      • Apply recruitment tests including psychological test, personality test, skill test, ect.
      • Ensure all recruitment policies, procedures and techniques are adhered to and recommend improvements.
    • 15% Job Posting
      • Post positions to appropriate Internet sources.
      • Use social and professional networking sites to identify and source candidates.
      • 10% Database Update.
      • Maintain all pertinent applicant and interview data in the Recruitment Database.
    • 5% Perform other projects as assigned.

  • Key performance Indicators (KPI):
    • Conduct at least 5 interviews per week to find potential candidates.
    • Post at least 120 CV per month on CFY career website.
    • Post job advertisement within 24 hours of request received.
    • Input recruitment data into software, database.

Job Requirements

  • Exceptional work ethic, with strong values and principles.
  • Detailed-oriented, customer-service-oriented and open-minded.
  • Frequently doing exercises/playing sports, reading books, and enjoying traveling are advantages.
  • Bachelor Degree, major in Human Resources Management or Business Administration is preferable.
  • 1-2 years of working experience in recruitment.
  • Good interview and evaluation skills.
  • Have relationship with colleges/ universities is an advantage.
  • Excellent computer skills and MS Office.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal in Vietnamese and English.
