Job Descriptions

Take action by:

Responsibilities are as following;

  • Report directly to Sales supervisor.
  • To do yearly Sales Target (ABP) to Sales supervisor for Product manager approval.
  • Responsible for sale activities in purpose to achieve Sale Target.
  • Contact the principle by e- mail for sample and technical request and copy to Product manager/Oversea/Director.
  • Approach the customer for innovative products and follow up for existing orders.
  • Prepare quotation and technical data and submit to the customers.
  • Provide monthly sales report to Sales Supervisor, cc: Product manager/Oversea Director.
  • Corporate with Admin staff and Officer about samples request for customers.
  • Corporate with Admin staff about goods delivery in order to serve customer.
  • Prepare sale forecast to arrange ordering process and concern with shipment and production lead time.
  • Manage the inventory and stock for supporting the customers needed.
  • Corporate with Finance for any requirement support such as collection and etc.
  • Feedback any problem to Sales supervisor/Product Manager/Oversea/Director immediately.
  • Prepare Visit for Principals and taking care principals.
  • Responsible and Take caring all facilities and asset belonging to company.
  • Responsible for company system and policy.

Job requirements

  • Education background / Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry/Biotechnology/Food Engineering or related field.
  • 0-3 Years experience in Cosmetic/Cosmetic Instrument/Food business or related field.
  • Good English preference.
  • Service mind.


  • International environment specifically in cosmetic field.
  • Be trained by Chemico Group and all suppliers.
  • Bonus and Incentive.
  • Annual company trip.
