We are looking for a Telesales Executive who contact customers directly by telephone to make sales or support field sales representatives by setting appointments or sending proposals. The role will involve working closely with clients, building close partnerships and helping their businesses grow by developing and delivering the best solutions possible.
- Contact potential partners, discover their needs and provide customized Anphabe solutions if possible.
- Close business deals by coordinating requirements; negotiating and integrating contract terms with business operations.
- Follow up and manage client relationship to keep adding value and increase revenue
- Update job knowledge constantly through professional network, events, training sessions and materials.
- Build and improve Anphabe solutions offers with team.
- Regularly review all the projects in scope & make the reports in a timely manner.
- Other tasks for supporting the team as assigned
