- Coordinate with HR team to establish and implement company policies, standards and procedures
- Manage annual leave of employees and interns, make payroll for interns monthly.
- Support recruitment process assigned by line manager
- Organize company’s events (happy hours, company outing, etc.)
- Assign and monitor all administrative issues including transportation, meetings, business trips, rental contract of real estate/car/office supply, distribution of stationery/ uniform, order of sanitary items, courier service, telephone/ internet/ mobile card services, application for visa, etc.
- Deal with complex queries and complaints (if any)
- Control admin expense and office budget
- Maintain and improve professional working
- 4th year student or fresh graduate
- Good communication in English
- Well organized and detail oriented
