- Administrative support for HR team in recruitment, compensation and benefits, training and development.
- Arranging & managing database and server to ensure smooth working process.
- Supporting HR projects.
- Generating and preparing statistical reports.
- Updating or compiling training documentation, when needed for classroom setup and preparation.
- Filing HR documents in good order.
- Operating office equipment: photocopy machine and scanner.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Fresh graduated
- Fluent in English (verbal and written)
- Previous experience in HR is an asset but not mandatory
- Good computer skills, especially in Word and Excel
- Willing to learn

- Strong communications skills, verbal and written
- Ability to work independently or in a team environment
