- Assist sales team in all admin tasks.
- Able to handle, prioritize and execute all administrative work. Incoming calls / faxes and email, should be attended immediately to the specific area of responsibility, in such a manner that ensures complete satisfaction for both customers and colleagues.
- Good English in speaking and writting skills
- Four-year university degree or fresh university graduate
- Hospitality oriented in dealing with guests, visitors or other associates
- Very good telephone skills and computer skills in Microsoft Office
- Good time and task management skills
- At least 4 months internship
- Better if the intern can speak another language like Japanese, Mandarin or Korean.
