Job Descriptions

  • Assist sales team in all admin tasks.
  • Able to handle, prioritize and execute all administrative work. Incoming calls / faxes and email, should be attended immediately to the specific area of responsibility, in such a manner that ensures complete satisfaction for both customers and colleagues.

Job Requirements

  • Good English in speaking and writting skills
  • Four-year university degree or fresh university graduate
  • Hospitality oriented in dealing with guests, visitors or other associates
  • Very good telephone skills and computer skills in Microsoft Office
  • Good time and task management skills
  • At least 4 months internship
  •  Better if the intern can speak another language like Japanese, Mandarin or Korean.
