Job Description


  • Coordinate Sales, MK, TMK to ensure all expense management
  • Ensure flow to register Promotion, Gift to Bussiness Department
  • Develop training plan & conduct events/ trainings


  • Trainning/event logistics allocation
  • Forecast and Proposal
  • POSM and Sample

Area of Responsibility

  • Expense (30%)
    • Lead the process of expense management, involved Marketing and Sales, LOG
    • Record Marketing Expense daily
    • Ensure Marketing Expense is aligned with budget and plan
    • Ensure Marketing Expense is used and allocated right time and G/L account
    • Follow up, update, analyse and explain Actual Marketing Expense everymonth
    • Cordinate with Sales team and Brands to allocate Budget and EST.
    • Cordinate with Sales team and Brands to update EST everymonth to ensure Sales team and Brands won’t use expense over Budget
  • Data (25%)
    • Understand about System, and Sales organization
    • Run report by Shop type
    • Create report to review OSAP
  • CE Activities (20%)
    • Coordinate to conduct training: KVSS, KA, DS, NA training.
    • Evaluate effectiveness of training for improvement
    • Organize events such as Sales Briefing, One Day Go To Market
    • Preprare Sales tools (back pack, price list, rain coat, …) for Sales team
  • Sales Contest (10%)
    • Develop idea
    • Deploy to Sales team
    • Follow up, review and encourage Sales team to join the contest
    • Create the report of Sales Contest
    • Prepare the prize for Winner
  • Sales News (10%)
    • Create the Sales news
    • Create the inviroment for Sales team to share the experience, and Selling story
  • Others (5%)
    • Suppport other activities when required
    • Export gift promotion when needed
  • Working Location: Etown 2 Building, 364 Cong Hoa Str., Ward 13, Tan Binh Dist., HCM

Job Requirements

  • Education: University degree
  • Working experience:
    • At least 1 year stretching experience in similar position preferably in the FMCG sector.
    • Budget management experience.
  • Ability :
    • Fluency standard of written and spoken English
    • Good project management skills.(optional)
    • Excellent presentation skills.(optional)
    • Excellent computer skill
    • Good and effective communication and negotiation skills, leadership.
    • The ability and ambition to progress your career rapidly.(optional)
    • Organized and determined persistent person.(optional)
    • Able to promote cross functional effectiveness.(optional)
  • Business understanding:
    • Good knowledge of Markets.
    • Good knowledge about channel development (optional)
