Job Description

1. Business

  • Support team on booking meeting rooms; flights, car, hotel as travel plans; claim T&E; follow payment process, other general administration tasks
  • Project RCS8 admin (under System & Analysis team): follow timeline & communicate to deliver tablets/training material to distributors; assist team members/trainer in travel & meeting logisticsl
  • Raise requests on system (Neo, SRM, EasyIT) and follow if any
  • Manage & follow up contracts, procurement process (SRM), Brand Support Expenditure, Overhead budget, and other internal processes
  • Liaise with agencies and external suppliers to ensure all tasks (especially invoice payment) are delivered as per schedule
  • Manage andorder stationery for team

2. People

  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, agency and external suppliers in order to deliver all assigned tasks
  • Stakeholders:
    • Marketing Skills Development team (MSD)
    • System & Analysis team
    • 7D Trade team
  • Build good relationship with other functions: Brand/Trade, IP, Marketing Finance, Legal in order to ensure smooth operation

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree. A business/finance fresh graduate (preferred)
  • Familiar with system is preferred
  • Good skill of Microsoft Office /Window  / Computer
  • Good English skills
  • General administrative / secretarial skill is preferred
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to work both independently and as a team member
  • Can-do attitude & supportiveness
  • Attention to detail, good time management & high responsibility is required
  • Willing to work overtime if nessesary
