Job Description

Strategy Development & Business Planning

  • Participate in the development of Distributor Sales Mission, Coverage strategy.
  • Responsible in the development of Area Business Strategy and plan, Sales forecast and POP activity target.
  • Responsible to communicate and execute National Account Business strategy and annual POP plan to Distributor.

Sales Operation Management

  • Participate in the presentation of annual sub-distributor business plan and reviews.
  • Responsible of team in delivering business plan, selling & negotiation and sub-distributor & customer dispute resolution.
  • Responsible in the preparation and presentation of monthly Area business report, POP activity performance report.


  • Ensure clear and timely communication of all business related matter with Kao & Distributor management.
  • Responsible for all trade communication and information exchange.
  • Manage and maintain general communication and relation with Distributor & sub-distributors.

Sales Monitoring and Evaluation & Financial Management

  • Conduct in-store monitoring of POP activities implementation
  • Responsible in managing sales target achievement and POP activity target achievement.
  • Support in the evaluation of promotional activities.
  • Review in sub-distributor performance evaluation.

People Management

Job Requirements

  • University graduated.
  • At least 2 years experience in Area Distributor Management, preferably in FMCG field.
  • Have Management Skills and Problem Solving Skills.
