- Responsible for proposing optimal Total Trade Spend (TTS) budgets for category by channel based on ICP, visit field frequently to examine the channel performance
- Prepare and implement new product trade launch and conduct pre and post evaluation.
- Recommend clear promotional guidelines based on shopper understanding and current market knowledge. Develop effective and efficient promotional activities and ensure all promotional investment is properly evaluated.
- Monitor promotional trends, initiatives and competitor actions by Category, Sub Category, priority channels and strategic customers.
- Recommend winning commercial propositions for the category, effectively communicating to the Customer Team and Sales Operation team as appropriate besides supporting implementation.
- Recommend actionable in-store solutions based on a clear understanding on shopper behavior within the Category/sub Category.
- Develop briefs and work with Shopper Activation and Space Planning team to ensure delivery of in-store solutions in order for field sales to implement.
- Bachelor degree is needed
- At least 1 – 2 years’ experience (or higher) in Trade Marketing and/or Sales experience in FMCG field
- Good in numbers and analytical skills. Passionate in Sales and Marketing
- Good at English is prefered
