Job Description

  • Create training materials for Customer Service agent
  • Delivering training courses, including soft skills
  • Updating the training processes and recording the training history to measure target and results
  • Acting at the focal point to receive update from other departments
  • Undertaking other tasks assigned by the Customer Service Manager

Job Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in training and coaching
  • Understanding of training processes
  • Must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree, any field.
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken Vietnamese and English
  • Planning and organizing skills
  • Creative problem solving skills
  • Good presentation skill
  • Solid technical skill in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Preferably 1-4 Years Experienced Employees specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.
