- Create training materials for Customer Service agent
- Delivering training courses, including soft skills
- Updating the training processes and recording the training history to measure target and results
- Acting at the focal point to receive update from other departments
- Undertaking other tasks assigned by the Customer Service Manager
- At least 2 years of experience in training and coaching
- Understanding of training processes
- Must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree, any field.
- Proficiency in both written and spoken Vietnamese and English
- Planning and organizing skills
- Creative problem solving skills
- Good presentation skill
- Solid technical skill in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Preferably 1-4 Years Experienced Employees specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.
