Responsible for creating and implementing training programs and overseeing the development of careers. Sets performance metrics, evaluates productivity, and helps workers create long-term career plans within an organization. Detail tasks as follow:
- Develop training and development strategy/plan for corporate
- Build training & development system for corporate
- Develop training and development strategy/plan for Brands (all brands)
- Oversee current trainer in building training and development system for Brands
- Create testing and evaluation processes.
- Prepare and implement training budget
- Conduct performance evaluations.
- Provide performance feedback.
- Conduct continuing education training
- Provide leadership development education
- Conduct existing orientation sessions of corporate
- University degree
- Have experience about Training with similar position, within the FMCG industry/ Retail/ Fashion is a plus
- Has good foundations and understanding in training
- Good communication of English in writing and speaking.
- Good command of Microsoft Office.
- Good planning skills
- Good training skills
