Job Description

1/ Core process:

 MQPI:

  • Create survey monkey link for each online rater (~250pax)
  • Print and send questionnaire to field
  • Collect & input data for offline rater (~350 pcs)
  • Extract report

Ekudos

  • Gift logistics to locations
  • Gift stocking (manage stock)
  • Searching new vendors (continue)
  • Tracking monthly report to draw key highlights
  • Monthly update new users
  • Logistic for Kudos card launch

OHS 2017

  • Logistics for offline questionnaire to and from all locations
  • Administrative relating to survey operations

COC Values

  • Support administrative & logistics tasks

Career Development Workshop

  • Support administrative & logistics tasks

YER

  • Support simple system FAQ (will be trained)
  • Administrative tasks for Calibration Head Office
  • PDR offline admin

2/ Library Corner 

  • Prepare library catalogues
  • Book classification
  • Borrowing process development (via survey Monkey)
  • Library Launching communication

3/ Contracting & payment

  • Proceed contract & payment for Training provider/ hotel
  • Prepare training material

4/ Other tasks as assigned by team

Job Requirements

  • GPA: minimum 7.0;
  • 1 year related experience is required;
  • Willing to learn;
  • Good office computer skills;
  • Hard working, Pay attention to details;
  • Ability to handle multi-tasking under high pressure;
  • Proactive and have ‘can do’ attitude.
